The Modern Harmony Residence is a complete transformation of a 3BHK apartment, where Ziyan Interiors executed the entire end-to-end interior development — from furniture manufacturing to electrical, plumbing, material finishes, and décor styling. What was once a bare shell has now become a luxurious, fully customized home crafted for modern living.
Design Vision
The home was designed to be warm, elegant, and highly functional. Soft neutral tones, contemporary furniture, refined lighting layers and premium finishes create seamless harmony across every space. Each room introduces its own character while still maintaining visual continuity throughout the apartment.
Entrance & First Impressions
The apartment opens with a premium engineered-wood main door paired with a secure metal jali door. Horizontal stainless detailing elevates the design while ensuring durability and ventilation. The entrance creates an immediate sense of refinement and sets the tone for the home’s aesthetic.
Living Room & Lounge Area
The living room is crafted as a warm lounge space featuring:
- Custom L-shaped tufted leather seating
- False ceiling with layered ambient lighting

This room follows a minimal, soothing palette with:

The modular kitchen underwent a complete transformation — from raw construction to a premium culinary space. High-gloss white and blue cabinetry, a suspended overhead frame, a quartz countertop, and a breakfast counter form a highly efficient layout with modern aesthetics. Appliance zones are thoughtfully planned for seamless workflow.
